Welcome to Perfect Catering Co. By accessing or purchasing from our website hosted on Wix (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. General

This website is owned and operated by Perfect Catering Co. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Perfect Catering Co. By using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or notices posted on the Site.

2. Eligibility

3. Products & Availability

All products and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Availability of products on the Site does not guarantee availability in-store or for all dates.

4. Orders

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Perfect Catering Co. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

5. Payment

Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering through the payment methods provided on the Site. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

6. Pick-Up & Delivery

Pick-Up: Orders can be collected from our location at the time and date confirmed in your order.
Delivery: Delivery is available within our service area at the delivery fee stated on the Site or agreed upon during checkout. We will contact you if there are any issues with delivery timing or location.
No Shipping: We do not offer shipping of orders. Orders can only be fulfilled via pick-up or local delivery.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up or delivery time. Changes or cancellations made later than this timeframe may not be possible and may result in forfeiture of the order amount.

8. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with supporting photographs so we can assess and resolve the issue.

9. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Perfect Catering Co prepares food in a kitchen that handles common allergens such as gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs, and seafood. While we take all reasonable care, we cannot guarantee any of our products are allergen-free. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any dietary requirements when placing an order.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfect Catering Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or our products.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, are the property of Perfect Catering Co and may not be reproduced or used without our express written permission.

12. Changes to Terms
